Ehsan Matoori was born in 1979 in Iran. At the age of 9 he began learning the Santoor based on Maestro Faramarz Payvar’s method. He studied instrumental and vocal Radif (the Persian musical repertory) with Parviz Meshkatian and Pashang Kamkar.
Ehsan Shafiee Zargar was born in 1985 in Dezfool. He began learning the Setar from his brother at a young age. In adolescence, while taking intermediate Setar courses with Saeed Ghanbari in Ahvaz, he started playing the Tar.
Afsaneh Nozari was born 1984 in Tehran. She started to play piano at the age of 12 and was privileged to study over 8 years with Azad Hakimrabet. Her instruction continued with Tamara and Delbar Hakimava for further years in Iran.
Nima was born in 1981 in Tehran, Iran.
He started music with playing santoor in 1990 and studied with a number of renowed professors such as Pashang Kamkar, Siamak Aghaie and Mohamadreza Heravizadeh.
