Afsaneh Nozari was born 1984 in Tehran. She started to play piano at the age of 12 and was privileged to study over 8 years with Azad Hakimrabet. Her instruction continued with Tamara and Delbar Hakimava for further years in Iran. Afsaneh was selected several times among many competitors in Fajr juried competition and also participated in different music courses such as solfege, theory, harmony and series of master classes by Ali Radman in 2010.

In 2011 she took singing lessons by Hasmik Karapetian and as a part of choir had several Performances in different concert halls.

Afsaneh was also a member of Austrian culture forum and played as a soloist and accompanist in several residencies in Iran. She received his bachelor degree in industrial economy in 2009 but her passion to the music made her go to Austria to study musicology in the Vienna university in 2012 and being instructed by pianist as Margarete Babinsky and Laszlo Gereb in Vienna.

She is currently living in Dallas, Texas and pursuing her passion in performing and teaching Piano.
